Marketing Executive

Our client, based in Warwickshire, is currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive on a permanent basis.

They are looking for someone to start with them as soon as possible on a full-time basis and can offer a salary of up to £26,000, as well as a predominately remote working arrangement and excellent benefits, including a generous holiday allowance.

They are looking for someone to focus on developing and implementing effective marketing techniques to support existing clients and drive new business.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Working closely with the marketing manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns, analyse market trends, and gather customer insights to drive business growth

• Maintaining online marketing systems

• Updating and maintaining website and other marketing content and identifying opportunities for new content

• Creating engaging and informative content such as blogs, emails, and videos

• Owning the website/campaign reporting schedule and ensuring analytics shape the planned/future activity

Experience required:

• A minimum of 1 year's business experience or relevant marketing experience gained elsewhere

• Experience in using digital tools to support marketing activity

• Experience with website content management systems

• A basic understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media

• Experience in using online email platforms

• Experience with reporting/analytics tools

• Enjoys problem-solving and using own initiative to find solutions and answers to questions

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Excellent communication skills – talking and listening - across all media including telephone, email, social, video and in-person

• Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills
