The Job:
On their behalf we are looking for a Part Time Office Administrator in their Yate office, in Bristol. This is 15 hours per week - they are very flexible on the days and the hours.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of their head office by ensuring the office is organised
- Assisting with the assessment & procurement of all office utilities
- Managing the administration of the engineers' database ensuring training and accreditation expiry dates are managed, communicated, and actioned.
- Dealing with general administrative tasks
- Have a responsibility for elements of health & safety & first aid such as attending quarterly meetings, fire marshal, alarm testing and taking actions forward.
The Person:
For this role our client is looking for the following skills and experience:
- Experience within an office environment desirable.
- Strong IT skills and competent user of standard business software including Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- The ability to prioritise and proactively manage your own workload, multi-tasking whilst being organised.
- The ability to work on your own initiative and make decisions when required.
- Have accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be a team player
- GCSE pass in Maths and English or equivalent required

The Salary:
£22,660 pro-rata (£11.62 per hour)
The Hours:
This is a Part Time role 15 hours per week BETWEEN 8.30am - 5pom very flexible on days and hours and is office based.
The Location:
Yate, Bristol, South Gloucestershire (100% office based)
