The role is 3 days based out of his family home, with some flexibility to work from home when he is traveling. He is looking for someone to keep everything on track, someone who is a true gatekeeper and will manage his life.
The Role:
- Provide full administrative support: diary, inbox, and meeting management Organising international travel arrangements and itineraries Process expenses and financial administration Managing the flow of communication across his business and personal endeavors Personal support: running errands, medical appointments, restaurant reservations etc
Looking for:
- 3+ years PA experience, or similar IT savvy Well organised, efficient, and charming Attention to details, common sense and muck-in Resilient and take pride in their work Good work ethic
