We have a great opportunity for an experienced Private PA TO SUPPORT our lovely clients part-time. You will ensure that the family’s personal lives are well organised and run smoothly. Working four days a week, you will be the principal’s go-to in terms of organisation, scheduling, as well as all administration.
A varied role, you will be responsible for managing the family's diary, social calendar, making reservations, booking travel and holidays, inbox and mail management, general household and personal administration, filing and documentation management, as well as liaising with the accountant regarding tax returns, etc. The clients may be moving to a new residence in South East London. Therefore, they may need full support from their PA in moving and setting up their new residence.

You will be a self-starter who can take the lead on organising the principal’s life and ensuring nothing is ever missed.
Working roughly four days per week at our client's property in Blackheath, typical working hours during the week are 9am-5pm. Initially, the role will be required to be on-site four days per week. However, there will be the opportunity for hybrid working once settled into the role. You will need to be self-employed. You will need to be willing to drive to their other residence on the Kent and Surrey border occasionally.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Diary management and organisation of social calendar
- Booking all travel and holidays, including visas, accommodation, itineraries etc.
- Mail and inbox management, responding on the principal's behalf and creating action points
- Managing all household finances and paying bills
- Documentation management and filing
- Managing all personal and household administration
- Managing insurance and negotiating new contracts
- Liaising with the accountant, lawyer, etc.
- Project management
- Run errands and ad-hoc duties when required
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Prior experience as a Private PA
- Highly organised, efficient, and resourceful
- Highly personable, confident, and able to liaise at all levels
- Computer and tech-savvy
- Warm and friendly demeanour
- Loyal and trustworthy
- Great communicator
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Valid UK driving license with own vehicle
- DBS checked
- Fluent in English – in both written and spoken
- Spanish language ability is a plus but not required
- Excellent checkable reference
