Part-Time Receptionist

Our client is a specialist in the Private Medical sector   We are seeking a part time Receptionist to cover 5 weekday evenings (5.30pm -8pm) per week and a Saturday afternoon.

We are looking for candidates who are able to work autonomously in this friendly professional business.  Previous reception and admin experience is essential.   The rate is negotiable but in the region of £12.00 per hour plus holiday pay.  The clinic is based in London W8.

Duties include:

• Meeting and greeting clients
• Complete new client information forms and medical questionnaires
• Arrange appointments
• Prepare and send follow-up letters and appointments
• Deal with telephone enquiries
• Chaperone patients
