PART-TIME Receptionist (20hours per week)2x roles - 9am - 1pm / 1pm 5pmGBP30,000 pro rata (GBP15ph)West EndMy client is a trade representative, looking for two Part-Time Receptionists to cover each day shift. You will be the face of the company, being the first point of contract for all visitors.
THE ROLE:- To answer and direct all calls through the switchboard
- Meet and greet all visitors including employees
- Responsible for coordinating meeting rooms and catering requests
- Manage the Reception area to ensure all is kept tidy
- Ensuring stock and stationary is kept to a high level and re-ordering when required
THE PERSON:- Experienced working as a Receptionist
- Strong customer service
- Professional and friendly manner
- Ability to use initiative
