The Company:

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Part Time Administrator and Receptionist to join their team in Clifton, Bristol. Our client is a complementary therapy centre in Clifton. They provide a professional and friendly environment

The Job:

This is a SELF EMPLOYED Part Time Receptionist / Administrator to join their team in Clifton (there is no car parking). Working Thursday + Friday 9.30am - 12.30pm and 1.30pm - 4.30pm.

In this role your role will be busy and varied and you will be responsible for providing support to the whole team and their clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Front of house reception - dealing with all clients, making appointments, taking payments.
  • Dealing with all enquiries face to face, via email, post or telephone
  • Sending new patient letters, invoices and appointment text reminders
  • Upkeep of the diary & email account
  • Updating client database
  • Assisting senior administrator with newsletters and posters
  • Housekeeping & clinic admin
  • Other duties as and when required by the Senior Administrator & Clinic Director

The Person:

For this role our client is looking for someone who is able to work on a self-employed basis and has super people skills, is organised and has great attention to detail. They are also looking for someone who is able to maintain confidentiality at all times. They are also looking for someone who has great IT skills too.

The Hours:

12 hours per week working Thursday and Friday 9:30am to 12:30pm, and 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm

The Pay:

£12.00 per hour, rising to £13.00 after 3 month successful probationary period. This role is on a Self Employed basis

The Location:

Clifton, Bristol (no car parking)
