Please note this is a part-time role. Monday - Friday approx. 9am - 1pm and is based in Chiswick Park.
Role Purpose:
The mission of the role is to act as the first point of call for customers and continually provide an exceptional level of customer service and care to all our customers, stakeholders and employees in Danone. The role will also involve liaising with the Facilities team to ensure the smooth running of the FM services.
Customer care
- To provide a warm, courteous and prompt welcome on visitor arrival at the reception desk
- Providing a meet and greet service to all visitors whilst performing reception desk duties ensuring the following:
- Deliveries and Post Management - responsible for ensuring that deliveries are dealt with correctly and promptly. Organising DHL shipments and special deliveries.
- Monitor, action and escalate incidents as appropriate to achieve agreed service levels and to keep users informed of status and progress of the resolution.
- To provide assistance for meeting room bookings as required, and to liaise with relevant parties to ensure the delivery of professional service and to meet client expectations.
- Identify and apply opportunities to develop services delivered and improvements to users’ interaction
- Ad-hoc admin support, event duties, communications and hosting as required
About You:
We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills:
- Demonstrable experience in a customer facing or customer service role with a strong customer service background
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- The ability to demonstrate a customer focused and “Can Do” attitude are fundamental requirements
- To be able to manage own workload and priorities.
- High attention to detail
- Approachable and friendly with excellent telephone manner
- Problem solving skills
Salary Bracket: The salary on offer for this role is between £26,000 - £28,000 (pro-rata)
