Part-Time Receptionist

The Firm
A top International law firm is seeking an efficient and proactive part-time Receptionist to join their friendly team on a 9 month fixed term contract to start as soon as possible!

The Opportunity
The successful Legal Receptionist will be friendly and professional with experience managing a varied workload. This is a fast-paced role, so organisation and time management skills are essential, as well as an ability to cope well with pressure. Duties to include:

• Meeting, greeting and registering of clients
• Provide cover for functions and events
• Booking meeting rooms using a computerised room booking system
• Replenishing of stationery
• Arranging for swearing of oaths by solicitors
• Ensuring audio-visual equipment is provided as requested
• Liaising with catering staff regarding booking of refreshments
• Assisting with reservations requests made by email or phone

This Receptionist opportunity is a part time, 9 month fixed term contract, working Monday - Thursday on a shift basis between 7.30am and 6pm (28 hrs per week)

Requirement

• Previous Front of House/Reception experience is essential
