As a Part-Time Receptionist, you know first impressions matter. You'll be a friendly face with a welcoming personality as you greet staff, visitors and service users to The Farndon Unit, a low secure mental health hospital.
Working 6 days on, 6 days off between 5:30pm - 9:45pm you will work 14.25 hours a week alongside the reception team, where you will be responsible for the telephone switchboards to support and direct callers to the correct department.
You will monitor and maintain security checks as you manage and allocate keys and security ID badges to staff and visitors. This will see you maintain an accurate log of everyone on site and coordinating the use of communication equipment for staff escorting service users off the premise.
As a Receptionist, you will be maintaining an effective booking system for rooms/equipment, with a clear handover to your peers working the evening shift.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- O Level/GCSE standard or equivalent, including English
- Good knowledge and use of the English language including grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Experience of working within a Reception environment
- Knowledge and experience of working in a mental health setting is desirable
