The Company
A growing and forward-thinking business specialising in providing air conditioning services across the Midlands.
What you will do:
Manage inbound enquiries from the ecommerce platform qualifying their suitability
Booking in appointments for the sales team to meet clients
Providing sales support to sale team from point of quotation
Sending out information packs to clients once appointments are booked
Process new sales orders onto the CRM
Keep the customer updated throughout the sales process providing updates
Being the first point of contact for any presales enquiries
What will you need?
Previous sales admin or internal sales experience would be advantageous
Has used Hubspot CRM previously
Confident in speaking with clients over the phone
Proficient in Word and Excel
Excellent communications and customer service skills
Confident on the telephone
What's on offer
Working hours are either 3 days 9am to 5pm or 5 days 10 to 3 Monday to Friday. Parking available
