Are you a talent consultant looking for a part-time gig? Are you a candidate manager tired of working for a company that treats you like a cog in the machine? Fed up of working for a business that pays lip service to their ED&I initiatives?
Then we need to talk!
About Us...
After launching Lightning at the tail end of 2019 (pre-pandemic) and thanks to everyone’s incredible support, the business has gone from strength to strength and we are now a well-known and exclusive brand within the luxury travel, lifestyle and hospitality recruitment spaces, priding ourselves on being the change we want to see.
We're proud activists that are constantly fighting for the travel industry to be better. You might have seen our '85% of CEO's are white men' candle featured in the Metro, Unilad or Independant? Or perhaps you saw our legendary Lightning CEO Thea featured in the Daily Mail? We're always fighting to make the industry a better place and using our platform to speak up for marginalised communities.
Activism aside, we're also pretty epic when it comes to recruitment. We've got over 100 five-star Google Reviews, and it brings us all the joy to say that we truly value and get to know.
Things we’re super proud of...
We’re the #1 ranked Travel Recruitment agency in the UK on Google Maps with over 100 x 5*reviews.
We celebrate each other’s differences and we are constantly learning from each other.
We champion diversity in all its forms and we are proud activists in the travel industry.
We are finalists for our work in ED&I in both Business Travel Awards and the Business Travel Awards Europe for 2022, and our CEO Thea was a finalist for LGBTQ+ trailblazer of the year at TTG Travel awards 2021 and named as one of LinkedIn's top 10 LGBTQ+ voices 2022.
