Our client is seeking an energetic, communicative and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to join their team and work closely with internal recruiters and candidates through the full cycle recruitment process across business areas. This role is suited to someone who has worked with high-volume coordination, requiring you to schedule up to 100 interviews per week. You will be the face of the company when it comes to interacting with candidates, so must embody their values, and demonstrate the ability to work at pace and with a high output.

This is a key role that will require someone to confidently liaise with senior stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates, offering an unbiased, high-class service. You must maintain a high level of accuracy, and be adept at managing multiple processes and tasks at one time. With the company constantly evolving and new positions regularly becoming available - the Recruitment Coordinator will support the efforts of the Talent team, based in their London office, to help manage their day-to-day support needs and see that everything runs as smoothly and to time as possible. You will have exceptionally strong multi-tasking skills, excellent attention to detail, and conduct yourself with a level of mature judgement. You will be a strong team player, with a driven work ethic, and thrive working in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work with talent acquisition and various teams to assist in the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
- Interface with candidates and internal colleagues to schedule phone interviews, video conference interviews, and onsite interviews.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience with timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Actively maintain and track candidate pipelines in an internal recruiting database.
- Liaise with business to collect feedback and identify next steps for candidates.
- Keep hiring managers and candidates up-to-date on recruiting process.
- Work closely with the recruiting team to continually improve recruitment processes and practices.
- Work closely with Compliance on the above to ensure adherence with applicable Compliance policies and procedures.
- 1 - 3 years experience in a Recruitment Coordinator or relevant coordination role involving multitasking and prioritisation.
- A Bachelor's degree (any field of study).
- A successful track record of scheduling meetings in a high-volume environment across multiple time zones.
- A strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
