• Part-Time Team Assistant required for a One Year maternity contract based in the West End.
• Days - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
• Location - Office based, West End
• Start - July 2024

Boutique, successful and growing organisation are looking for a new Team Assistant to come on board and cover a One Year maternity leave. You will be responsible for working in a small close knit team who are very supportive and deliver excellence. You will be able to take on additional duties and responsibilities.

Main Duties:

• Providing admin support to a team of four, plus the wider team
• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
• Preparing meeting rooms and set up - vc equipment, lunches, etc.
• Sharing general admin tasks within the team
• Booking travel and other arrangements
• Preparing documents - proposals, pitches, letters, invoices
• Updating database with relevant information
• Answering telephone calls and transferring
• Preparing monthly expenses for Partners
• Helping organise events
• Liaising with service providers and building management

The ideal Candidates:

• Previous relevant experience within a corporate organisation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as you will be main first point of contact
• Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly
• Able to deal with last minute changes confidently and think outside the box
• Happy to work in a small team and contribute to their success
• Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels
• Able to work to deadlines, real problem solver
• Able to handle highly confidential information
• Excellent MS office skills
• Experience of preparing documents
• Professional with a good sense of humour
