Part Time Temporary Receptionist / Administrator
Salary: 10.90ph
Location: Hull
This is a new role to cover maternity for a professional company based in Hull City Centre. As the receptionist you will be the main contact for visitors and staff entering the building. You will be providing support on the reception as well as providing administrative support to the team. As the receptionist you will be the go-to person which means communication skills are key for this role. This is a Part Time position working Wednesday afternoon, Thursday, and Friday.
THE ROLE:
A Part Time receptionist to cover for approx. 9 months.
You will be the first point of call for visitors and internal staff entering the building.
Answering in-coming telephone calls and dealing with queries
Organising meeting rooms and refreshments
Providing administrative support to the internal team
THE CANDIDATE:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience providing support in a receptionist role.
Strong administrative experience
Proficient IT skills
