Contract/Hours:         Fixed Term (maternity cover) - 12 months, full time 35 hours

Fairtrade Foundation are recruiting a Fixed Term (12 months), Maternity cover for a Partnerships Manager to lead and support the Senior Partnerships Manager on the account management of some of our key commercial partners. This is a crucial role as delivering successful partnerships with commercial organisations is an essential part of achieving our goal.

The main focus of the role will be to deliver partnerships and build relationships with current Fairtrade partners, to support them to address the key challenges in their supply chains and to identify and pursue income growth opportunities. You will need to maximise the marketing and communication of Fairtrade values through retail relationships and ensure Fairtrade’s position as a leader in sustainability is demonstrated through our commercial partnerships.

You’ll need to be able to work autonomously and flexibly, with demonstrable success in independently managing and supporting key accounts in the FMCG, retail or related sector. You will also have a proven history of consistently meeting challenging targets and proven selling, influencing and negotiation skills.
