We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reward & Benefits Manager to join a highly regarded legal firm. The post holder will play a lead role in compensation and benefits activities for UK employees with ad hoc international exposure.
The Reward Manager responsibilities will include:
- Management of the firms compensation and benefit programmes.
- Lead on the delivery of annual salary and bonus review.
- Conduct benchmarking and provide analysis and insight on lay levels and structures.
- Lead gender pay gap reporting and work with the ED&I team on the firm’s diversity strategy.
- Manage company suite of benefits. Including: managing vendor relationships, developing innovative proposals, benchmarking, reviews and renewals.
- Leverage HR technology to continuously improve and streamline activities.
- Communication of the firms reward programmes.
- Keep up to date with the latest regulatory changes and their impact on the reward agenda.
The ideal candidate:
- Extensive experience in managing compensation and benefit processes.
- Experience project managing reward activities.
- Legal sector experience would be highly desirable.
- Ability to engage confidently with and influence stakeholders of all
- Be Tech savvy, understanding the role of technology and its impact on an organisation and its employees.
- Strong excel and reporting skills essential.
