Oakleaf Partnership is representing a Leading Law Firm with a great reputation. They are looking for an Interim Learning and Development Manager/Professional Development Manager on a short-term basis. You will be working in a collaborative environment and responsible for supporting Trainees, Associates and Counsel with their professional development. They are looking for a career interim who is used to utilising their experience to build relationships quickly and hit the ground running.
What is the role
You will be developing and coordinating the delivery of legal and professional development training for Partners, Counsel, Associates and trainees with their respective learning and development needs. You will be overseeing trainee seat rotation, the qualification process, and provide coaching for their trainee cohort. You will be managing the evaluation process, coordinating the Associate’s reviews across London, Asian and European offices and support the formal advising program. You will provide career counselling and guidance and get involved with monitoring trends and best practice fro DE&I and retention. Skills & Experience
- To apply you must have significant experience as an L&D/Professional Development Manager and have experience working within the Legal sector
- Demonstrate current knowledge of effective learning and development methods, keeping up to date with the latest trends
- Ability to develop and implement programmes and initiatives
- Demonstrate strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
