Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a Partnership Manager in the South East to join Homeless Links national partnership team, working with our members and other stakeholders to tackle homelessness.
Homeless Link is the national membership charity for frontline homeless agencies and the wider housing with health, care and support sector in England. With more than 900 members, we work to improve services and campaign for policy change that will help end homelessness and ensure that everyone has a place to call home and the support they need to keep it.
As a Partnership Manager you will play a vital role in Homeless Link’s work across the South East of England. This is a dynamic role in which you’ll develop a range of relationships with our member agencies, service providers, local authorities and other key strategic partners and stakeholders. Through these relationships you will build the capacity of the sector to respond effectively to homelessness. You will broker partnerships and sit on strategic groups that support and influence the sector to tackle homelessness, starting with rough sleeping. You will be pivotal to achieving our vision of ending homelessness.
The successful candidate will have:
- excellent communication and relationship building skills
- a positive approach focused on practical solutions.
If you want to be at the forefront of change, working with agencies but also challenging them – this is the right job for you.
We are actively seeking to increase our diversity within our organisation and would greatly welcome applications from people with lived experience of homelessness, from a black or minority ethnic background and/or with a disability.
