About the role – Partnership Executive

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships & Alliances, the Partnership Executive, will be a trusted advisor, developing long-term relationships and success plans for our digital/eCommerce agency, association and technology partners, built on mutual revenue growth and pipeline generation.

Key Duties:

  • Research potential partners primarily in the UK and North America, identify key players, generate interest and close agreements.  The expectation is that there will be a 50/50 split on both regions
  • Collaborate with all departments to align our revenue goals with new and existing partner relationships
  • Negotiate and finalise deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
  • Work with the partner company and potentially directly with their clients to assist with sales presentations, collateral and videos to aid sales conversations
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
  • Keep great ongoing relationships with our partner community and develop new ways to grow revenue and pipeline
  • Building reports for stakeholders, delivering actionable feedback and providing recommendations for channel improvement and optimisation to scale growth
  • Engage with relevant partners, convey the value of Feefo for the partner, and onboard them to the program.  Partner knowledge will be built through sales enablement sessions such as lunch and learn sessions and webinars
  • Support the management with the high-level relationship with partners and orchestrate the day to day relationship between the partner and Feefo
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing organisations to drive initiatives (mostly lead generation) with partners
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with the marketing function to deliver marketing assets and activities which are relevant to the partners
  • Create presentations that help communicate impact and requirements to key stakeholders, gain organisational buy-in and drive forward execution

Requirements

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

  • 2 years commercial experience in a digital agency/SaaS/ecommerce/MarTech market
  • Experience in delivering revenue growth in a targeted role
  • Scale-up and international experience
  • Rounded sales and presentation skills
  • Strong B2B or B2B2C experience
