- Translate overarching sales goals into departmental targets, establishing challenging yet attainable objectives in collaboration with first-line management
- Formulate Personal Development Plans, oversee progress, and offer developmental or corrective support as needed
- Routinely assess business performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement and taking corrective measures for any deviations
- Scrutinize internal and external market data to cultivate insights into potential sales opportunities
- Achieve targets established by Head Office for the Center
- Ensure the team remains motivated, acknowledged, and incentivized
- Operate within the specified sales strategy to enhance sales revenues
- Possess the ability to plan strategies and activities to grow and develop a business
- Exhibit a high degree of IT literacy and proficiency in using MS Office
- Showcase the capability to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Demonstrate proficiency in planning strategies and activities to foster business growth and development
