Parts Branch Manager required for Automotive Parts Supplier located in Shrewsbury.
We are recruiting for a Parts Branch Manager for our Client’s bodyshop. As a Parts Branch Manager for our Client you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department.
The salary on offer for this Parts Branch Manager is £58,000 OTE.
Parts Branch Manager Person Specification:
- A previous working experience as a Parts Branch Manager
- Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts Team
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
The responsibilities of this Parts Branch Manager role are:
- Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
- Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
- As a Parts Branch Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
- Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
