We are seeking an experienced full-time Branch Manager for a leading recruitment agency based in Telford.
We are looking for someone driven to succeed in providing outstanding service to our customers and candidates.
The role of Branch Manager is full-time 9am - 5pm and is permanent position.
In this role you will use your customer service attributes to assist the company in expanding both the client base and candidates.
Agency Manager duties include but are not limited to:
· 360 recruitment - recruiting new candidates, completing the application and registration process for compliance
· Motivating your team and managing appropriately
· Sourcing new business and building new relationships
· Maintaining existing relationships via visits and regular phone calls
· Creating job adverts and posting them on various platforms regularly
· Provide weekly KPI's and be familiar with the requirements
Branch Manager desirable skills and Qualifications:
· Previous experience within the healthcare recruitment sector preferred but not essential
· Target driven & desire to succeed
· Self-motivated & able to take initiative
· Previous experience in customer service desirable
· Able to adapt to a variety of situations
· Holds a full UK driving license
Salary is negotiable depending on experience but we envisage this will sit between £30,000 - £40,000
Mileage included for business travel
