Parts Coordinator (6 Month Contract) - Ringwood BH24 - Salary £23k

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Management of purchase orders and updating all relevant internal systems
• Identifying parts, preparing quotes and orders in line with customer enquiries and agreed internal parts processes
• Managing engineer’s parts requests and updating all relevant internal systems
• Managing enquiries in line with internal and external customer SLAs
• Building and enhancing relationships with both internal and external customers by using your natural ability to liaise effectively at all levels
• Paperwork processes and management
• The knowledge and flexibility to cover for other team member’s duties as and when required
• All general duties as outlined by your Department Manager

Skills & key competencies:
• IT: word, excel, email, SAP (training will be given)
• Good proven problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal skills: customer relations, clarifying information, giving clear instructions.
• Customer Service experience
• Parts product knowledge preferable
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work towards deadlines.
