Parts Coordinator (6 Month Contract) - Ringwood BH24 - Salary £23k

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:• Management of purchase orders and updating all relevant internal systems• Identifying parts, preparing quotes and orders in line with customer enquiries and agreed internal parts processes• Managing engineer's parts requests and updating all relevant internal systems• Managing enquiries in line with internal and external customer SLAs• Building and enhancing relationships with both internal and external customers by using your natural ability to liaise effectively at all levels• Paperwork processes and management• The knowledge and flexibility to cover for other team member's duties as and when required• All general duties as outlined by your Department Manager•Skills & key competencies:• IT: word, excel, email, SAP (training will be given)• Good proven problem-solving skills• Interpersonal skills: customer relations, clarifying information, giving clear instructions.• Customer Service experience• Parts product knowledge preferable• Good communication and organisational skills• Ability to work towards deadlines.
