The Parts / Service Advisor role:
As a Parts / Service Advisor, you will be in a key customer-facing position. When customers need help with aftersales, you’ll be their connection to the Toyota brand and values. You’ll enrich customers’ lives by keeping expectations managed and ensuring that customer issues are resolved. As a Parts / Service Advisor, we’ll count on you to manage the customer experience throughout the service/repair process, supporting customers during the life cycle of their new or used vehicle.

Key Highlights of the Role:
+ Listening carefully to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements
+ Using a good understanding of the customer’s needs and the products that are available
+ Quoting prices and availability of stocks and accessories to customers
+ Encouraging the sale of genuine parts and accessories whenever possible
+ Responding to inquiries both face to face and over the telephone
+ Acting on opportunities to sell additional products/services and market current promotions
What we are looking for:
+ Previous customer-focused work experience is advantageous, however no specific industry experience is required
+ A full UK driving licence
+ Eligibility to work in the UK
+ Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and take on infrequent travel for work and training purposes
+ High standards of verbal and written communication
+ Good level of general education - at least National 5s in English and Maths and ideally Highers (or equivalent)
+ Good IT skills, (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and social media skills
+ Interests that support your work life balance
