With 188 sites worldwide Kingspan is a global leading employer. An opportunity has arisen for a Passive Fire Product Managerto join the External Sales team within Kingspan Technical Insulation. You’ll be tasked with building on business relationships through customer communications at all levels to maximise favourable exposure of the company, its products and its services.
Responsibilities of our Passive Fire Product Manager:
The position involves being accountable for developing relationships with key Passive Fire influencers, Fire Consultants, Main Contractors, design teams, and Architects to assist in specifications and standards in offering solutions for Passive Fire related product lines. The key focus for this role is penetrating the Passive Fire Protection and Fire Stopping market to grow our sales.
You will provide practical install and desktop training on the Passive Fire range of products along with CPD presentations across our customer base. Therefore you will need to be confident at conducting presentations and providing technical advice and support. You will generate specifications for Passive Fire-related product lines taking ownership of planning, managing, tracking and conversion of projects.
What we are looking for in our Passive Fire Product Manager:
Experience within the Passive Fire Protection markets is essential. Based from home and living in the South of the UK; the successful candidate will have a proven sales and account development experience in a similar background; selling into or within the construction industry. An NVQ in Passive Fire Protection or FSIDip. or FSICert. qualifications would be desirable.
We are looking for an individual with the energy and drive to move things forward to exceed targets, adopting a flexible approach to workload. You must have excellent communication skills, be a good team player and have an out-going, adaptable personality. As you will be covering accounts across the South of the UK; a full driving licence valid in the UK is essential, as is the adaptability to travel and work away from home on a regular basis.
