The Role:

As a Pastry Chef, you will craft exceptional desserts, breads, pastries, and bakery items for both our fine dining and casual bistro menus.

Requirements:

- Previously worked as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
- At least 2 years of experience in baking.
- Experience in a high-end, four or five-star establishment, ideally with minimum of AA Two Rosette standard.
- Possess industry qualifications.
- Culinary expertise and creativity.
