The role of Pastry Junior Sous Chef:

  • Preparing classic European patisserie, using quality fresh ingredients, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, taste, and presentation.
  • Support with busy services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Be an integral part of the wider kitchen management team.
  • Training, development and supervision of junior Chefs within the team.
  • Working as part of a professional team within a highly organised, well-equipped kitchen.


What we’re looking for in a Pastry Junior Sous Chef:

  • Experience as a Pastry Junior Sous Chef or Pastry Senior Chef De Partie within a similar standard establishment
  • Excellent knowledge of classical patisserie techniques as well as in-depth product knowledge.
  • To communicate effectively with all departments in the spirit of the company values.
  • Proficient and knowledgeable on all Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Has the right to work in the UK.

Expected earnings from £19.04ph
