The role of Pastry Junior Sous Chef:
- Preparing classic European patisserie, using quality fresh ingredients, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, taste, and presentation.
- Support with busy services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Be an integral part of the wider kitchen management team.
- Training, development and supervision of junior Chefs within the team.
- Working as part of a professional team within a highly organised, well-equipped kitchen.
What we’re looking for in a Pastry Junior Sous Chef:
- Experience as a Pastry Junior Sous Chef or Pastry Senior Chef De Partie within a similar standard establishment
- Excellent knowledge of classical patisserie techniques as well as in-depth product knowledge.
- To communicate effectively with all departments in the spirit of the company values.
- Proficient and knowledgeable on all Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation.
- Has the right to work in the UK.
