Portland Pathways provides support and guidance for people with disabilities and mental health challenges to develop skills and prepare for and find employment.
You would be first point of contact for all visitors, customers, employers, partner organisations and facilitate the day to day operation of the Pathways Reception.
Your friendly and welcoming approach will ensure you can successfully meet and direct all visitors to the centre.
This role is based in Sutton in Ashfield.

Qualifications needed
You will hold an NVQ level 2 in Administration along with a relevant customer service qualification.
Working Hours
The working week for this role will be 37.5 hours per week. Specific start and finish times would be agreed with the line manager.
