The Pay Compliance Officer ensures the authorities remuneration policies and practices are compliant with both legal and regulatory frameworks while also aligning with Birmingham City Council's strategy alongside the responsibility and compliance of the organisations payroll processes and systems alongside internal policy and procedures.
