An exciting Payroll Administrator opportunity has arisen for a leading beauty company to join their team in London.
The Payroll Administrator role will support the HR Team to deliver all aspects of HR and Payroll administration, supporting the Payroll Manager with timely and accurate Payroll data management, submission and reporting, as well as creating and maintaining accurate employee records and documentation in a timely manner. The role will work to repeated tight deadlines and with a high level of attention to detail.
Some of the main responsibilities include:
- Data input and updates as appropriate
- Running and distributing reports to the wider business
- Payroll Data Export
- Manual calculations and payments
- Statutory Calculations (SSP, SMP, SPP etc.)
- Provide the HR Manager with sickness reports when required
It will be beneficial if you have experience within retail but not essential.
