Based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire our well-known client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their busy payroll team on a permanent basis, working 5 days in the office per week.
This job would suit someone with proven payroll experience responsible for ensuring the smooth running of weekly and payroll, along with CIS payments.
This is a well-established and exciting company which is highly regarded within their industry and has enjoyed continual growth.
The successful individual will have experience with PAYE and CIS and knowledge of UK PAYE legislation. They will be confident in dealing with pay queries and liaise with third parties. Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel (Vlookups and Pivot tables) is also essential. Experience with Umbrella payments and The Working Rule Agreement for the construction industry is an advantage.
Job responsibilities:
- To prepare and process weekly CIS and Umbrella payments
- Chasing timesheets and payment information
- Issuing remittances to subcontract for payments
- Producing weekly and monthly reports for Finance, Excel knowledge essential.
- Processing any deductions i.e subs, training agreements, PCN
- Running comparison repots
- Provide efficient, accurate and timely administrative support
- Answer payment related queries and CIS.
