NW Recruitment Services are in search of an administrator to join a well establised manufacturing company based in Burnley on a full time, permanent basis. This is an exciting, fast paced role where no two days will be the same.
The successful candidate will be a vital member of the team and they must be adaptable in their approach in order to manage demanding workloads and running the weekly and monthly payroll.
The Role:
- Preparation of weekly payroll for 300+ employees, utilising a time monitoring system and Sage Payroll
- Monitor daily absences and lateness to ensure employee pay is correct in the system
- Liaise with departmental managers and team leaders to check employee hours worked and to resolve any discrepancies
- Calculate overtime, bonuses and holiday pay
- Produce reports for the Senior Management Team and Directors
- Work closely with HR to highlight absences and lateness
- Handle any queries, ensuring these are resolved in a timely manner
The ideal candidate will;
- Have payroll experience or similar
- Have Sage Payroll experience or will have used a similar system
- Be adaptable with a willingness to learn
- Thrive under pressure and be able to use own initiative
- Be used to working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday- 8:30am- 5pm with a 3:30pm finish on Friday s
