Description
- Processing and filing of weekly/monthly payroll, CIS submissions, year-end reports
- Monthly pension reporting along with EPS and FPS
- Liaising with HMRC and clients
- Handle payroll related enquiries and resolve any issues
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Assist with the day to day running of the business
- Other ad hoc administration and bookkeeping duties when required.
- Requirements for a successful candidate:
- Knowledge of SSP, SMP, PAYE, NI and CIS
Profile
A successful Payroll and Accounts Assistant should have:
- A solid educational background in Finance, Accounting or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in Payroll and Accounts roles.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
