To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit a Payroll and Contracts Administrator to join the centre.
As Payroll and Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for providing an effective cluster-wide finance administration function to the Oxford Partnership Manager and other senior members of the team. Working as part of the Senior Management Team, this role is ideal for someone who loves working as part of a team, supporting the wider business function in a fast-paced environment with flexible working conditions.

Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.
Your main responsibilities:
Maintain the HR software to include personnel data entry, holiday and sickness records, monthly reports and advising line managers of trends and areas of concern.
Assist with business forecasting requirements.
Assist the Kent Contracts Administrator with the month Gross to Nets, produce monthly payroll data, starter, leaver and payroll change forms and submit to payroll department to meet strict deadlines.
Produce management information reports for internal use and client requirements.
Management of the finance system for cash collection and banking.
Maintain records of cash, invoices, and expenditure.
Establish and maintain debtor and creditor monitoring systems.
Raise, place and receipt purchase orders.
What you’ll need to do the role:
Ideally you will already be working as a Payroll and Contracts Administrator or similar, however this is not essential and we welcome applications demonstrate of solid organisational administrative duties, as full training will be given.
Excellent IT skills, including various Microsoft packages mainly excel and word.
Knowledge of Payroll systems is desirable
Have a proactive approach to work, with high attention to detail.
Ability to communicate at all levels
