Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with one of our clients in recruiting a Part TimePayroll & HR Administrator to work within their small, but perfectly formed team. This is a part-time, permanent position, offered on 24-25 hours per week with the flexibility of choosing days and hours! Portsmouth based, with the option of hybrid working.
Reporting into a knowledgeable and personable HR Manager, you will be responsible for the processing of monthly company Payroll and supporting with HR Administration.
Some of your duties will include:
- Administer holiday, sick and maternity payments
- Process payroll reconciliations
- Administer Auto-enrolment and RTI submissions
- Deal with starters and leavers
- Employee contract administration
The successful candidate will have experience working within a similar position and ideally, you will have experience dealing with SAGE payroll, although this isn t essential.
As an individual you will be positive, have high attention to detail, and accurate, along with being a strong team-player.
In return, our client is offering an hourly rate of circa GBP13 per hour, DOE. The biggest benefit is the company s flexibility in you being able to pick and choose the hours and days you work!
