Temporary Payroll Assistant:
I am currently seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Assistantto assist smooth payroll operations for a well established company.
location - Leighton Buzzard
Contact - temporary (3-4 Weeks)
start date - as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and code invoices per company policies.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice issues.
- Verify bank details before invoice entry.
- Ensure timely invoice authorisation and payment.
- Handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Reconcile supplier accounts to prevent over payments.
- Monitor and respond to AP queries promptly.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Customer-focused communication skills.
- Previous payroll or AP experience preferred.
