SalaryDynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant to join a group of business based in Southampton on a permanent basis. This role would be reporting into the Payroll Manager and be responsible for processing end to end monthly payroll for the entire group.
My client would also consider part-time hours.
The Role:
- Processing monthly starters, leavers and uploading payments into the system
- Reconciling payroll and pension accounts
- Processing BAC payments to HMRC for tax and NI contributions and absence compliance
- Creating monthly payroll reports
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Strong IT skills with excellent Excel knowledge
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Can adapt to various processes and systems
