Senior Payroll Assistant

Job Title: Senior Payroll Specialist
Location: Huddersfield
  
*This is a onsite role!
*Will consider 30-37.5 hours per week!
  
JGA are partnered with leading organisation in their field, to secure a brand new Senior Payroll Specialist to support the Group Payroll Manager and team on their high volume, multi entity payrolls.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the weekly and monthly payroll processing across multiple payrolls.
• Responsible for payroll administration tasks, reconciliations, third party payments.
• Completing reports and audits to support the Group Payroll Manager.
• Support the payroll team.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Experience processing high volume payroll from start to finish.
• Experience with both weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Performing payroll manual calculations.
• Experience supporting the wider payroll team.
• Experience in reporting, reconciliations, third part payments.

  
The Ideal Candidate:

• Self starter, proactive and hungry to learn.
• CIPP qualified or equivalent in working knowledge.
• Intermediate Excel user and other payroll software.
• Organised, reliable and independent.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with Senior Stakeholders.
