A great opportunity has become available for Payroll Assistant to join our Payroll Team at Salutem Care & Education in the Windsor Office. You will be part of a dynamic team, with the opportunity to grow with in the team and progress in the next stages of your career in Payroll.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the Payroll Manager and Payroll processing with start to finish payroll.
- Inputting data into the HR/Payroll System
- Good Knowledge of UK payroll legislation for PAYE & National Insurance
- Pension Auto enrolment procedures including salary exchange.
- Processing Starters, Leavers & Changes
- Processing HMRC forms for new joiners.
- Raising third party payment; attachment of earnings (AOE), salary advances requests
- Attention to detail and accuracy is required.
- Dealing with queries efficiently and in a timely manner from payroll e-mail boxes
- Dealing with day-to-day queries effectively to ensure the correct information is relayed.
- Processing third party payments through the payroll system
- General admin tasks
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1–2-year Payroll Administration experience essential
- Good Attention to detail & Good communication skills
- Team player with "can do" attitude, that looks out-side the box.
- Always Working with Integrity and honesty
- Ability to work to tight deadline to ensure employees are paid accurately & on-time.
- Willingness to learn & progress in payroll.
- ·Good understanding of Excel & Word required.
