Adaptable Recruitment are working with a reputable business based in the Warrington area who are looking for a Payroll Assistant & Benefits Coordinator to join their expanding team on a permanent and full-time basis.

Location: Warrington
Job Duties:
- Ensure all payroll data is collected and processed accurately and on-time
- Reconciling payroll costs and liaising with the wider Finance team
- Adjust and correct payroll errors and answer queries in a timely manner
- Processing HMRC/NI/Pension submissions (managing the Pension auto-enrolment)
- Processing all deductions to including SSP, Tax, NI etc
- Processing staff expense claims in line with company policy
- Continuous review of benefits to encourage recruitment, retention and engagement strategies, including cost savings for the business.
- Resolving payroll queries.
- Attend training to keep up to date with all statutory regulations and requirements
- Ensure all payroll and employee data is accurate and up to date
Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Payroll Manager
When will interviews be taking place?
Interviews will be happening ASAP
Ideal experience?
- Previous experience within a fast-paced payroll and finance environment is essential
- Excellent numeracy and data entry skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Great communications skills to rely key information to other staff
