Description
As Payroll & HR Manager, your duties will include the following;
- Managing a team of People within the Payroll & HR sector offering guidance.
- Management of HR administration and payroll processes.
- Supporting the Payroll Officer, resolving pay queries and processing payroll from start to finish.
- Covering absences within the people operations team.
- Completing audits and identifying training needs across the team.
- Maintenance of HR systems.
- Collating team stats on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Providing regular and ad hoc People MI as required, using excel to manipulate data.
- Leading on daily team huddles and check-ins, identifying priorities for the team and ensuring workload is fairly distributed.
- Key attention to detail needed, strong Microsoft Excel skills required and a strong work ethic.
Profile
Will be immediately available to start this position or on a reduced notice period.
Will hold relevant and strong experience within Payroll & HR.
Will hold people management experience.
Thrives in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
Holds strong Microsoft Excel experience.
Job Offer
