Due to continued growth, Komplex Group are looking for a full time Group Payroll Manager to join their team.
Based at our Head Office in Telford you will be an experienced Payroll professional with responsibility for ensuring compliance with payroll and pension regulations.
What will you be doing?
- Management of weekly and monthly payrolls for 4 entities
- Upload of all payroll information into Payroll systems and review of processed payroll for any corrections
- Management of all HMRC reporting
- Updating of PAYE coding change notices
- Ensuring all Tax Year-End procedures are run including P60, P11D
- Management of holiday, absence and sick pay and statutory sick pay calculations
- Administering pension contributions, auto-enrolment and communications
- Monitor and maintain compliance of internal controls and audit requirements
- Collaborate with Human Resources and to develop and implement policies and procedures related to payroll and pensions
- Review and implementation of payroll processes and procedures including the adoption of a new software system
What experience do I need?
- Payroll management or supervision experience and a sound understanding of pensions, compliance and legislative requirements essential
- Ideally you will be CIPP qualified or equivalent
- Experience of reporting to Board level would be an advantage
