Cedar has partnered with an award winning hospitality business going through an exciting growth journey. They are currently searching for an experienced Payroll Manager to support the Head of Payroll.
Salary: £50,000 - £58,000
Location: Richmond upon Thames
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Run monthly salaries for 150 employees
- Run the payroll for contracted hourly paid site staff (c1300 employees)
- Manage all relevant HMRC and pension submissions
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Prepare quarterly calculations to check we are compliant with national living
- Administer the Tronc in line with the scheme guidance on a weekly basis
- Assist with the month-end close process, including checking of employee expenses and reconciliation of employee credit cards
Required Skills:
- Previous Senior Payroll experience with a minimum of 500 employees
- Experience in the Hospitality sector
- Demonstratable knowledge of Tronc system
- Excellent excel skills
- Excellent communication skills with diligence
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, quantitative and investigative skills
