Location:Greater Manchester / hybrid

Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Answering client queries
- Helping clients understand payroll software
- Working with implementation team
- Implementing improvement plans
- Liaising with stakeholders across all levels
Skills required:
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients (no people management experience required).
- Payroll Bureau experience desirable.
- Understanding of software implementation.
- Organised and structured approach to work.
- Ideally CIPP qualified.
