The Payroll Manager (HYBRID) role involves:
As part of the Commercial Finance team, the Payroll Team work closely with the HR and Finance teams.
They are responsible for both the day-to-day payroll operations (such as calculating and administering pay, handling queries etc) and payroll controls, including providing monthly reporting to the Remuneration Committee.
A performance orientated organisation with circa 1200 monthly payees; we have a significant number of commission-based payees, alongside a highly-enrolled company share plan, and a comprehensive range of additional benefits. The Payroll Manager is responsible for leading the Payroll Team of 2, and has full ownership of our payroll process.

Profile
A successful Payroll Manager (HYBRID) should have:
- Ability to drive efficiencies, work strategically, and influence team culture
- Previous experience as a Payroll Manager having supported tax year end processes
- Proficient in ADP systems
- HR.Net experience is desirable but not essential
- Must have srong Managerial / Leadership experience
- A strong attention to detail and understanding of the importance of accuracy
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge and capabilities (pivot tables, vlookups, filters)
