Overview:
A market leader in the travel industry are currently seeking a Payroll Manager to manage the Payroll team in overall operations and payroll controls.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage team of 3 including Payroll Officer and Administrator
- Overseeing Payroll for over 1200 employees
- Ensuring contractors, permanent staff and bonus based staffs salaries are all processed correctly
- Regular 1-1s and performance reviews with staff members
- Work closely with other teams and business leaders to ensure seamless payroll submissions and payments
- Liaise with payroll provider
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislations
- Produce monthly reports on wages and other KPIs
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a Payroll Manager position
- Experience supporting tax year end processes
- Experience dealing with P11Ds, P60s and other tax related processes
- Experience working with ADP
- An excellent communicator
- Confident engaging at Director level
- Hard-working and ambitious
- A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals
Package:
