Page Personnel is supporting a highly reputable business based in Weymouth with their recruitment of a Payroll Officer - Fully Remote to join their accountancy team on a 6 month contract. This role can be successfully completed Fully Remotely although attendance to the office is also more than welcome. You will be reporting to the Head of Payroll and working within a friendly team.

Description

As the Payroll Officer - Fully Remote, you will be responsible for:

• Working effectively and efficiently within the payroll cycle
• Clearing communicating payroll deadlines with staff
• Deliver payroll admin
• Managing specific payroll data
• Maintaining accurated people data
• Manage pay adjustments
• Providing information and reporting required by internal and external stake holders
• Responding to queries
• Supporting and highlighting any areas where process improvement could be considered

Profile

In order to be considered for the Payroll Officer - Fully Remote position, you must:

• Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
• Be immediately available
• Be able to work effectively from home
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a keen eye for detail
