About the admin role
We are seeking an experienced administrator for this role, you will be organised with great attention to detail.
You will be handling incoming post, sorting the post, scanning documents, inputting form online to their system accurately, processing online applications,
Dealing with work ques, answering emails, calls and supporting the public with their applications. You will also be taking calls from the public and helping them with their applications.
There will be an element of manual handling involved, setting up work stations.
Skills required:
Accurate Data Entry
IT proficiency/ MS Office
Must have good communication skills both written and verbal as you will also be answering emails
Polite telephone manner
Organised
Able to use a scanner
Happy talking on the phone to the public and assisting them with their applications
